## Electric or Gas Heat

Upton specialty furnaces include lift-off bell and continuous belt designs, with electric or gas-fired heating. The heating systems shield loads from direct radiant heat or flame impingement while promoting efficient, uniform heating.

## Lift-Off Bell Furnaces

Upton lift-off bell furnaces are designed for use with existing overhead cranes or free-standing superstructures. Ball-screw actuators operate the lifting system.

## Continuous Belt Furnaces

Upton continuous belt furnaces are available with electric or gas-fired heating and variable-speed drives to adjust processing rates. Positive chain or direct-belt drives support smooth tracking and alignment during operation.
